The FIT report is an in-depth look at one candidate vs. a job benchmark including Behaviors/DISC, Driving Forces/Motivators, Acumen, and Competencies. The FIT report contains written feedback based on a candidate’s scores and custom interview questions. Finally, the FIT report contains five pages directly from the candidate’s personal talent report: Potential Strengths, Potential Conflict (Weaknesses), Ideal Environment (Work), Keys to Motivating, and Keys to Managing.
