Once hired, begin working to onboard your new hire into your culture immediately. Our onboarding report provides you with enough development content for 3 sessions. Session 1 covers: general communication characteristics, value to the organization, dos and don’ts for communication. Session 2 covers: potential strengths, potential conflict, areas for improvement, keys to motivating, and keys to managing. Session 3 covers: job competencies or what we consider soft skills.
